Egis is providing turnkey real estate and demolition services for the last phase of a large-scale project involving a new alignment interstate known as I-69. As real estate program manager, Egis is providing project management, right-of-way engineering review, title research, right-of-way engineering, early assessment of the real estate cost estimates, appraisals, review appraisals, negotiations, relocation, property management, and demolition services as needed for this 835-parcel project. Of the 800 relocations, 500 were personal property moves. The project footprint is comprised primarily of residential parcels and commercial parcels but also includes industrial and special-use properties. Egis also provided construction observation for 219 demolitions.
